Becon CEO MinSuk Park Receives Ministerial Commendation at the 58th Science Day Ceremony

On May 9, 2025, Minsuk Park, CEO of Becon, was awarded a Ministerial Commendation by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) at the "58th Science Day Ministerial Commendation Ceremony" held at The Riverside Hotel in Seocho-gu, Seoul.


CEO Minsuk Park was recognized for his contributions to the beauty and healthcare industries through the development of deep learning-based artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for skin, scalp, and personal color analysis. In recognition of these achievements, he was selected as a recipient of the 2025 Government Award for Contributions to Scientific and Technological Advancement.



Becon, a beauty and healthcare company spun off from Samsung Electronics’ C-Lab in October 2020, developed a professional AI-based skin and scalp care solution for clinics and hospitals in December 2023.
