[Las Vegas (USA) = Aving News] Becon is a digital healthcare company spun off through Samsung Electronics' in-house venture C-lab and analyzes scalp and hair loss conditions through IoT diagnostic devices to suggest customized products. Through an IoT scanner equipped with various sensors including cameras and a mobile app (APP) that reflects deep learning analysis, it analyzes scalp conditions in 10 real-time and proposes a care method.

At CES 2023, scalp scanners, AI apps, and customized hair care products will be introduced. Becon's IoT scalp scanner can analyze 10 scalp conditions such as sensitivity, dead skin cells, and hair follicle density in real time within 5 seconds through deep learning. It is also a management solution that matches well with the analysis results, such as shampoo and essence.

"After completing the service development in August 2022, we decided to participate in CES to enter overseas markets," a Becon official said. "More than 20% of the global population is suffering from hair loss, but we developed a system that can be systematically managed due to the lack of convenient and efficient home management solutions. We want to target the 24 trillion won market in the future," he said.
