However, customers began expecting professional advice on scalp and hair health in addition to styling at the salon. The existing consultation method often relied on the designer's experience and visual inspection, which limited the ability to present objective and scientific evidence to customers. Consequently, LeeKaJa Hairbis decided to introduce the becon scalp/hair diagnostic system to innovate the quality of pre-treatment consultation, enhance customer trust, and boost the sale of professional products within the salon.





LeeKaJa Hairbis digitalized its consultation and treatment process by introducing the becon solution to franchised stores nationwide.



■ Diagnosis-Based Consulting: All customers receive a precise diagnosis of scalp oiliness, dead skin cells, and hair damage using the becon scanner before the procedure. The designer conducts the consultation by viewing the AI analysis results with the customer on screen, which increases persuasiveness and professionalism.


■ Treatment Recommendation and Care Linkage: Based on the diagnosis results, the need for protective care during perm/coloring treatments suited to the customer's scalp condition is explained, and supplementary in-salon care programs are naturally recommended.


■ Activation of Home Care Product Sales: Utilizing the diagnosis results, home care products—either LeeKaJa Hairbis's own brand or specialized in-store products that can supply necessary nutrients or solutions—are recommended to the customer, driving product sales.
